dr. albert mohler, president of the southern baptist theological seminary writes on the controversial movie, "the golden compass" on his blog.
it is well worth the read and is an example of how to handle "controversy" without adding to it.

You had mentioned "compass" in an earlier post. I would like to say I'm surprised, but I'm not. It is a bit shocking that these ideas are so blatantly focused towards children. From a "warfare" stance, however, it makes sense. . . get 'em while they're young. I have trouble expressing these views and ideas as eloquently as Dr. Mohler. Suggestions?
