i try and keep this blog from being a personal journal ("not that there's anything wrong with that!") , but i wanted to share that i found out today that christi and i will be having a son.
charles allen cavness ("charlie") is due in 18 weeks.

congratulations! how exciting. i remember how much more real being pregnant seemed the day of our "big" ultrasound. one of the first joys of becoming parents was seeing my hubby's face as we saw our baby together... and found out which names to focus on. (i almost said "greatest", but you will soon find that parenthood brings many joyous moments, all of which are great.)
